Positions Available

  • The City of Superior Police Department is accepting applications for highly motivated, passionate, and physically fit individuals to join our team as Officers’ and help build a culture of excellence and community service. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent an have no felony or serious misdemeanor convictions. Additionally, all applicants must have no serious traffic violations and be of good moral character. Applicants must have a valid Nebraska Driver’s License and be in good physical condition. Nebraska Law Enforcement Certification or ability to obtain a certificate through reciprocity is mandatory. Applicants must be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, nights and holidays.

  • Economic Development DirectorEconomic Development Director

    The City of Superior is seeking a full-time Economic Development Director. Duties include, but not limited to, implementing short term and long term economic goals for the City of Superior, administering the City’s LB840 and REDLG Programs, preparing marketing materials and information as needed, actively pursuing potential business development within the community, networking with local and regional stakeholders, assisting in grant applications, loan management and accounting, and other work of similar natural.
